Meetings are generally held in the Common Room at 5.00pm on the First Monday in March, June, September and December.

The June meeting is an excuse to light the fire and have a few drinks and pizzas. In December, we don't need the fire but the drinks and food are still on.

If you are unable to attend, please send your apologies to Alok Agarwal at MBCM. You can also use a proxy form to nominate someone to act in your stead at the meeting. This should be sent on to Alok as well.
